It depends on your skin. We’ll plan your number of sessions at the consultation.
I’m on Accutane. Can I book?
We wait six months after isotretinoin before laser or IPL. Book a consultation and we’ll plan around it.
Is there downtime?
No time off is needed for IPL. After Frax 1550, skin looks pink for a few days, then can feel rough or look slightly bronzed as it renews. Most people return to normal activities quickly. For the first week, wear SPF 30+ daily, stay out of direct sun, and pause actives like retinol, exfoliating acids and vitamin C. We’ll tell you when to restart them.
