Sound familiar?

You've tried the skincare, and the redness is still there.

  • Redness that won't calm down
  • Flushing that comes and goes
  • Small red veins around the nose
  • Redness that shows through makeup
  • Skincare that didn't help

Persistent redness is often caused by small blood vessels under the skin. IPL targets those vessels directly.

Why it hasn't gone away

Your skin has layers. Skincare only reaches so far.

IPL passes through the top layer to the small blood vessels underneath.

How it works

How IPL treats redness.

IPL light is absorbed by the blood in small vessels. The heat closes those vessels, and your body clears them over the following weeks.

Consultation

We assess your skin, confirm IPL is suitable, and plan the number of sessions.

Treatment

Each pulse feels like a quick, warm snap. Skin can look pink for a day or two.

Results

Redness fades gradually over several weeks. Most people need a series of sessions, 2–4 weeks apart.

Questions

Redness & rosacea FAQs.

Does IPL hurt?

Each pulse feels like a quick, warm snap.

How many sessions will I need?

Most people need about four sessions, 2–4 weeks apart. We’ll confirm your number at the consultation.

Is there downtime?

No time off is needed. Most people go back to work or their day straight after. Your skin may look flushed and feel warm or sensitive for a day or two. Redness can look slightly worse for a few days before it starts to fade, which is normal. For the first week, wear SPF 30+ daily, stay out of direct sun, and pause actives like retinol, exfoliating acids and vitamin C. We’ll tell you when to restart them.

Will rosacea go away for good?

No. IPL doesn’t cure rosacea, and maintenance sessions once or twice a year are common.

Is IPL right for my skin tone?

We check your skin at the consultation and confirm whether IPL is suitable.

What does it cost?

Rosacea & redness treatment is from $299 per session.
